Responsibilities & Context:
o Processing Japanese student visa-related documents.
o Review and verify if the documents sent by students are in the right order needed for the application.
o Maintain records of student documentation,
o Update daily processing work activities.
o Assist team members in getting the processing job done.
o Report monthly work activities to the management.
o Any other task assigned by the management.
