• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Strong knowledge of asphalt mix design and road construction materials

• Familiar with laboratory testing procedures (Marshall, bitumen tests, aggregate testing)

• Analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work under pressure in site/plant environment

• Conduct regular testing of aggregates, bitumen, and asphalt mix.

• Ensure compliance with Marshall Mix Design / Job Mix Formula (JMF).

• Check temperature control during production, loading, and laying.

• Maintain consistency of gradation and bitumen content.

• Maintain lab equipment calibration and proper functioning.

• Supervise field testing during asphalt laying and concrete pouring.

• Maintain all QC records, test reports, and daily quality logs.

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly quality reports to management.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.

• Identify quality issues and recommend corrective/preventive actions.

• Support continuous improvement in production quality and cost efficiency.

• Coordinate with production, site, and maintenance teams.

• Communicate with project consultants and client representatives during inspections.

• Monitor and control production quality of Asphalt Mix Plant.
