Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

1.Monitor and control all incoming and outgoing raw materials.

2.Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.

3.Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams.

4.Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials.

5.Check quality and quantity of received materials.

6.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

7.Identify shortages or excess stock and report to management.

8.Follow company policies and safety regulations.

🎓 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inventory/raw material control (preferred).

Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

💼 Additional Requirements:

Experience in feed factory or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

Basic understanding of warehouse management systems.
