• A creative thinker who brings ideas, not just execution.

• Good communication skills — natural, expressive, and easy to watch on screen

• Consistent, reliable, and takes feedback well.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from any undergraduate program — any background welcome.

• Based in Dhaka and available to work on-site.

• It will be great if you know how to use CapCut.

• Appear on camera to create engaging, platform-ready content.

• Film product reviews and unboxing videos for skincare, makeup, and lifestyle products.

• Create short-form reels and trending content for Shajgoj's social media platforms.

• Film skincare and beauty tutorials that educate and inspire our audience.

• Brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas with the creative team.

• Follow content calendars and deliver content on time, consistently.

• Stay updated on trends and bring new formats and ideas to the table.
