Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters Degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting from any recognized university;
∎ LLB will be treated as additional qualification.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of recovery functions and processes.
∎ Frequent visit to the default clients.
∎ Visit customers' offices, as and when required.
∎ Prepare notes, memos for re-scheduling and write-off etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with nearest Police Station for GD entry.
∎ Maintain liaison with panel lawyers, arrange to collect case status from the panel lawyers and forward it to the Management.
∎ Maintain pending case status and arrange to send it to the Management in every month.
∎ Prepare various reports regarding defaults clients.
∎ Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge about the Bank related laws (especially NI Act, Money Loan Act, Transfer of property Act and Contract Act), Legal issues and other Laws of the land related to Loan Recovery.
∎ Conversant with Loan classification and provision, Bangladesh Bank reporting, write off process.
∎ Sound knowledge about Mortgage procedures, Loan documentation, and Auction Procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 years working experience in Recovery & Legal Department of Banks/ Financial Institutions.

∎ Leadership skills, Team Building Skills, Self Starter, Proven Performer;
∎ Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal Skills;

∎ Must be target oriented with a focus to perform;
∎ Team player;
∎ Must be fluent in spoken and written English;
∎ Computer literate.
