∎ 10+ years' experience in leading creative vision for a brand and product category
∎ Women's/Man's tops collection line experience a must

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creative Vision: Responsible for developing the creative vision for the Different Brand of light woven Women's/Man's Tops segmentation.
∎ Functional Lead: Leads a team of creative, skilled designers who develop and deliver innovative, brands right products which meet category and consumer business unit needs in cross functional work streams. Expertise needs to be woven major top.
∎ Competitive Positioning: Owns creative aesthetic from concept to consumer for all tops products and assortment needs within responsibility. Researches emerging trends and styles and key influencer markets to strengthen brand image and maintain competitive positioning against key brand consumer targets.
∎ Brand Consistency: Ensures all teams develop consistent color, trend, and creative direction across business categories to ensure brand positioning and brand equity objectives are intact.
∎ Style Ownership: Review and critique prototypes, and product development. Discuss and strategize style changes and line enhancements with Merchandising.
∎ Issue Resolution: Review samples and resolve outstanding issues with design and costing. Troubleshoots product development related problems to maintain calendar deadlines.
∎ Market Ready Presentation: Direct the presentation of the Women's/Man's Tops collections to Sales and Merchandising
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 44 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
