Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Second Class or GPA. 3.00 in all examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and implementing programme activities
∎ To ensure smooth and efficient control of the assigned activities of CODEC
∎ Provide and guide all programme personnel in professional manner
∎ Establish accountability and control at each level of programme implementation process
∎ Assist the Management to ensure smooth and effective programme operation
∎ Assist the Management to prepare project proposal
∎ Responsible to ensure the monthly field based observation reports
∎ Responsible all sorts of liaison, lobbing and network with the GoB/NGOs and Donors,if necessary.
∎ Responsible to hold management meeting and coordination meeting with the program/ project management and operation team members during the monthly visit
∎ Keeping regular communication and network with respective GO/NGO department and agencies.
∎ Concern and obliged to follow the CODEC "Code of Conduct" as per need emphasis on "Zero Tolerance"
∎ Responsible to prepare the monthly report related to each specific project in detail the target and achievement, budget and burn rate specifying line item for each month.
∎ Provide all sorts reports and documentations required by CODEC Management and Donors.
∎ Ensure coordination and communication among the project team and with different stakeholders for proper monitoring and evaluation of the assigned project activities.
∎ Assist the team as per direction of the supervisor to search for new project opportunities and prepare new project proposals.
∎ Other assignment will be provided by management if necessary
∎ Extensive field visits in all working areas of CODEC
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years Program operation experience in any International or, National NGO as project Head
∎ Should have proven skill and experience in interpreting quantitative and qualitative narrative information and report writing in Bangla and English and also have computer software mainly on spread sheet, electronic databases, website base date uploading and internet browsing.
∎ Conduct/Assist research /survey on different Projects as needed..
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Must have the Computer Knowledge ( MS Word, Excel, Power point)
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 90000 (Monthly)
