Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules & regulations for achieving the quality of the
∎ garments.
∎ Strong leadership skills in order to lead and manage a team of Inspectors, controllers,
∎ auditors of the department.
∎ Make Q.A inspection plan with production and material department.
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance/Quality Control in the factory.
∎ Setting Q.A team and ensuring that targets are achieved Thorough knowledge about in line/end line inspection QA&QC process (Traffic light/ 7 zero and SPI).
∎ Able to build and maintain teamwork.
∎ Excellent understanding about product safety/compliance requirement, Include children's wear Cutting/finish good ware house quality management experience with any standard of AQL.
∎ Good understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) and able to implement and
∎ maintain practices and procedures in the factory.
∎ Responsible for ensuring and managing the quality of all garments processing through
∎ manufacturing facility to ensure they are fit for export and of international quality standard.
∎ Pre-plan and start early; Do QC, fill the production lines 100% time. Troubleshoot any
∎ roadblock.
∎ Solve QC issues with mutually agreed ETA (Expected Time of Arrival), analyzing options,
∎ initiating corrective actions.
∎ Organizing, Conducting & monitoring inline and final Inspections.
∎ Detect faults and recommend corrective action by checking the operations of production,
∎ discussing and solving the problems with line manger & merchandising team in order to
∎ improve the product quality.
∎ Expected to work both individually and also as part of a team, ensuring that your team
∎ adheres to strict quality control guidelines.
∎ Introduce continuous QC training in the factory.
∎ Conduct and function of ERP for QMS.
∎ Work in cohesion with IE dept.
∎ Detect all faults, mal practices and setbacks in QMS, Analyses, priority&work trim etc
