Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Industrial and Production Engineering;
∎ M. Sc in Statistics/ Mathematics is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze factory capacity and capability based on workers, machine installation;
∎ Declare factory capacity based on available operators and machine installation;
∎ Maintain proper communication with concern merchandising for future order forecast to fill up the GMTS capacity;
∎ Collect sample from merchandising and collect target from IE team;
∎ Order allocation in sewing lines based on SMV, target on regular basis;
∎ Submit monthly Floor wise sewing production plan to the production head twice in a month;
∎ Review sewing plan weekly with production;
∎ Plan VS achievement monitor and adjust with plan;
∎ Shipment wise operations (fabric, print, cutting, input, output) progress follow up;
∎ Pre-production activities (File, size set, PP meeting) follow up with production and quality;
∎ Give style wise print/embroidery requirement in regular basis and follow up;
∎ On-time line start must follow up to secure on time shipment;
∎ Provide Inspection date by discussing with head of production and follow up;
∎ Adjust working hour according order load and supply chain maturity;
∎ Communication with fabric team, print planning team and production team regularly to follow up the priority order of line urgency and shipment;
∎ Regularly update Merchandising team for any bottleneck and shipment fail issue;
∎ Must check product learning curve and adjust accordingly;
∎ Report and take help from management for cross functional issue;
∎ Conversant in the planning tools usages – like Fast React, Oracle.

∎ Conversant in using Fast React tools will be an added competency for this position;
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to create and lead a team-based environment;
∎ Experience in a highly automated fulfillment environment is preferred;
∎ Demonstrated abilities in process improvement of garments management;
∎ Report presentation skill and interpersonal skill;
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office.
