Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering from a reputed University;
∎ M.Sc in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering will get more preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Network design, plan and implementation in Huawei/Juniper and Cisco platform as per company demand;
∎ Should be experienced in Linux Platform (RHEL, Centos, Debian, etc.);
∎ Should be experienced and make sure the data security of all layers (Access, Distribution and Core);
∎ Bandwidth & Contents management efficiently using hardware and software as per users' demand;
∎ Should have experienced on Mikrotik router;
∎ Should be experienced on troubleshooting related with IT operation;
∎ Communicate effectively with supervisors, subordinates, colleagues and other high officials;
∎ Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups as per company policy;
∎ Should be experienced on tunnel along with encryption;
∎ Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting;
∎ Updating network equipment to the latest firmware has been released so far;
∎ Reporting network status to the line manager as per company policy;
∎ Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security;
∎ Updating local resources based on the company demand;
∎ Should have experienced on Network printers, Photocopy Machines, Scanners, CCTV, Access Control, PABX, Smart Phone, Projectors etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have at least 5 (five) years relevant experience in large Garments factory;
∎ Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented;
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali;
∎ Good skill in MS office.
