Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an organized warehouse manager to supervise the receipt, dispatching and storage of merchandise in our warehouse. The warehouse manager will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation and administrative functions. You will oversee, train, evaluate and reward staff. You will ensure the maintenance of company assets.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
∎ Liaison with Customs office and other Regional Office for shipping instruction & SOP compliance, Month-END execution, Cost Control, Monitor the shipping lead-time and Issue-log updating.
∎ Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
∎ Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
∎ Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system as well as ERP system.
∎ Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
∎ Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
∎ Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
∎ Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.
∎ Assisting with deliveries where required.
∎ Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
∎ Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.
∎ Develop, implement and sustain a production planning system to ensure on time in full delivery to our customers.
∎ Works with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up intercompany transfers.
∎ Works directly with sales department to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.
∎ Monitors and corrects inventory levels at outside warehouses and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.
∎ Supports proper utilization of ERP system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 30 to 40 years.
∎ 7+ years of supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management related activities from any Large RMG/Textile Industry;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Shipping or Logistics operations.
∎ Supports proper utilization of ERP system.
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
∎ Strong knowledge in ERP system and advanced proficiency in MS office (specifically Microsoft Excel/Power Point);
∎ High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
∎ People management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English;
∎ Demonstrated skills in problem solving, decision making and multitasking;
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
∎ Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
