Requirements:

∎ Minimum of 5-7 Years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics planning.
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
∎ Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in both Bengali and English.
∎ Knowledge of local and international supply chain regulations and standards.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source and procure materials, products, and services as per company requirements.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
∎ Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet the sales demand while minimizing excess stock.
∎ Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
∎ Implement inventory control techniques to optimize storage space and reduce holding costs.
∎ Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers and sales channels.
∎ Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Handle any logistics issues or delays and resolve them promptly.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
∎ Ensure that products are available for sales campaigns and promotions.
∎ Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding inventory status and delivery schedules.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to supply chain operations.
∎ Assist in internal and external audits related to supply chain activities.
∎ Mentality to work in duty roaster schedule.
