Job Context:
∎ Labaid Group, the largest healthcare brand in Bangladesh, looking for experienced, qualified leader(s) for immediate appointment.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (with frequent travel to sites across Bangladesh)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the distribution / retail operations of branded consumer products.
∎ Plan & setup dedicated product shelves in own shops and in diff. super shops.
∎ Develop and lead a high-growth team.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
∎ Supervise all operations including demand forecast & inventory management.
∎ Plan and achieve short & long-term sales, growth and profitability targets.
∎ Ensure proper branding & loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 8 to 10 years of experience with a renowned super shop chain (Shwapno, Agora, Meena Bazar etc.) in Operations or SCM.
∎ Exposure to e-commerce business will be given preference.
∎ Hands-on experience in MS Office packages, POS and ERP systems.
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
