Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, Compliance, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define the HR Strategy and road map aligned to the overall business strategy
∎ Develop Talent acquisition, Recruitment strategy for the organization
∎ Policies: Formulation, development and modification of HR Policies and its implementation
∎ Supervise payroll, compensation & benefits of all the employees
∎ Formulate Development plan for Training & development and Training needs assessment (TNA), Set training program, Training Budget.
∎ Work closely with the higher Management on organizational issues related to Human resources.
∎ Monitor performance management framework, Goal setting and provide overall supervision and guidance to the performance management process
∎ Design and conduct employee engagement survey, implement new activities and ensure implementation of the same in all branches
∎ Work closely with process support HR to drive key HR initiatives to ensure compliances and policies implementation
∎ Ensure high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction and retention of key personnel
∎ Oversee succession planning for all key positions at an organization level
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by top Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.

Salary: Negotiable
