Hashem Foods Limited is looking for a highly competent, structured, and authoritative professional to lead Factory Administration, Compliance, Legal Affairs, and HR Operations at our Narayanganj factory.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Lead overall Factory Administration & HR Operations
Ensure full compliance with all government, labor, and regulatory requirements
Manage factory licenses, legal documentation, and corporate affairs
Handle land-related and legal matters
Oversee transport, security, and facility management
Maintain strong discipline and labor control
Ensure stable industrial relations and grievance handling
Liaise with government authorities for approvals and compliance
Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and governance excellence
Perform any other task assigned by management
🎓 Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration / Management / HRM / Compliance / Law
Background in Public Administration and Governance will be preferred
Certification in Labor Law / Compliance / HR will be an added advantage
