Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily production plan review with supervisor and in-charge to meet the production target.
∎ Capable to handle factory internal system.
∎ Good Knowledge about balancing technic into sewing of finishing area.
∎ Making cartoon, poly measurement of packing list also.
∎ To be able to create any new challenge.
∎ To give solution to apprehended problem during bulk problem in any operation.
∎ Cut up of maintain 5 S activities is the production floor.
∎ Responsible for handling Finishing Unit independently ensuring shipment target with desired quality.
∎ Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment.
∎ Maintain company SOP regarding loading- unloading, style wise update, trims and fabric in house.
∎ Have to Maintain close relation with Production & Cutting for on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
∎ Maintain floor discipline.
∎ To be able to create any new challenge.
∎ Co-ordinates with sector head to plan and schedule.
∎ Plan of take necessary step to reduce line WIP, implementation to 5 to 10 per continues flow.
∎ Plans for the optimum utilization of production resources by investing in new production technology and development of efficient line allocation techniques.
∎ Coordinates with section head to plan & schedule.
∎ Ensures development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each aspect of the production process to conform to quality standards.
∎ Ensure compliance to SOPs and initiates corrective actions to control deviation from quality parameters.
∎ Attend PP meeting.
∎ Daily production plan review with supervisor & in charge to meet the production target.
∎ Ensure carton measurement, Shipping mark, Poly Sticker and Blister during fishing production & packing started.
∎ Hourly monitoring order, country & style-wise Iron production status check with the iron supervisor / Floor in charge.
