Experience:

• At least 7 years

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, IPE, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in International Business/ Operational Management or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in export coordination or production management in an export-oriented company.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

• Age At least 30 years

• Strong knowledge of Supply chain & logistics operations, Export documentation & compliance, Mold design, toolroom operations, and product development.

• Quality control standards & buyer compliance

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Sr. Manager/ AGM – Export Operation. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in production, operations, quality control, and export processes. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between manufacturing units and export operations, maintaining international quality standards, and delivering export consignments on time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and align factory, production, SCM, QC, and toolroom activities to meet buyer requirements.

2. Ensure on-time production schedules and submission of samples with 100% quality approval.

3. Oversee the export process from buyer order confirmation to final shipment.

4. Maintain buyer communication for samples, approvals, updates, and shipment schedules.

5. Monitor raw material quality (IQC) and coordinate timely shipments with SCM.

6. Supervise in-process and final QC to ensure compliance with international standards.

7. Coordinate mold design, toolroom modifications, and product accuracy.

8. Follow up on new product development until QA approval.

9. Troubleshoot operational issues, reduce bottlenecks, and optimize efficiency.

10. Provide leadership across production, SCM, QC, and the toolroom to ensure smooth execution.
