∎ Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Finance
∎ CA CIMA partly Qualified with will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software

∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Since 15 (Fifteen) years we have been involved in Construction Chemicals and
∎ Resin flooring business.
∎ To quickly and responsibly build a profitable and sustainable construction chemicals business
∎ that will compete effectively with Bangladesh market.
∎ Job Location: Head Office ( Niketon, Gulshan 1)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle accounting software Tally ERP 9 independently
∎ Facilities management, management of financial operations including processes and
∎ procedures
∎ Banking & commercial co-operation
∎ Preparation of monthly management information, budget preparation and financial projection
∎ assisting internal group audit
∎ Check and monitor financial activities, transactions and expenditures
∎ Prepare and maintain all sorts of accounting entries in software
∎ Ensure monthly financial information to the management
∎ Disburse monthly salary and overtime properly
∎ Keep cash volt properly as per volt policy
∎ Verify and follow-up daily vouchers
∎ Reconcile bank ledger with ledger of accounts dept.
∎ Adjust advance as per company policy
∎ Ensure Income Tax Return, TDS returns and other required return as per IT Ordinance within
∎ the stipulated time,
∎ Prepare, submissions of assessment and attend to appeal hearings before tax authorities,
∎ Optimum use of corporate tax incentive scheme in the business activities,
∎ Ensure reply to routine tax related queries and its subsequent follow-up with submission of
∎ relevant documents,
∎ Tax Planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 5 years' experience in similar field, Accounts and Finance, Internal Audit, Tax and VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemicals, FMCG, Food and beverage, Group of Companies etc.
∎ Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills in English
∎ Computer knowledge is must
∎ Experience should include financial documentation and reporting in both paper based and
∎ electronic systems
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali Well conversant
∎ in MS-Office
Salary: Negotiable
