Job Context:
∎ Since 15 (Fifteen) years we have been involved in Construction Chemicals and
∎ Resin flooring business.
∎ To quickly and responsibly build a profitable and sustainable construction chemicals business
∎ that will compete effectively with Bangladesh market.
∎ Job Location: Head Office ( Niketon, Gulshan 1)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement short/long term strategic marketing plans, sales plans.
∎ Forecast to achieve company's sales target and objectives for both products & services.
∎ Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
∎ To set the sales target & monitor the sales target achievement.
∎ Responsible for Marketing and sales of Inter district Regions.
∎ Responsible for dealer Management.
∎ Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing
∎ sales territories, quotas, and goals.
∎ Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
∎ Capable to lead the team members, set-up strong Dealers' network all over the Bangladesh.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Review and analyzes sales performances against programs and plans to determine
∎ effectiveness.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working experience Dealer or Channel Development, Dealer Sales and Marketing,
∎ Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution, Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing, Sales- FMGC, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer, Food and Beverages.
∎ 12+ years of experience including at least 5 years proven track record in a leading role of
∎ sales.
∎ Should be capable of managing Business independently.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Good skills in MS Office Applications
∎ Ability to deal with multiple tasks under pressure meeting deadlines.
∎ Ability to travel frequently all over the country.

Salary: Negotiable
