∎ Diploma in Computer in Computer Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IP Network, IT Support Service, IT System Management, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Expert in all IT support and troubleshooting activities related activities.
∎ • Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop and other IT devices (Printer, UPS,
∎ • Switch, Router etc.) to the end-users.
∎ •
∎ • Servers, Structured Networking & VPN, and Internet Connectivity.
∎ • Maintaining E-Commerce Web Site and Call Center Operations.
∎ • MIKRO TIK Router's, Wi-Fi Devices, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Network printers.
∎ • IP Based Video Surveillance, Access Control Devices & Attendance-Payroll System.
∎ • IP PBX Management, Public Address (PA) System, Video Conferencing Devices, Multimedia Projectors, Scanners, and Online UPS, etc.
∎ • Installing and configuring computer hardware, Server System, operating systems, and applications.
∎ • Maintaining the WordPress plugins, bug fixing, and Woo-commerce extensions.
∎ • Maintains the Call Center operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems.
∎ • Strictly maintain company IT policy including C-TPAT procedural documentation and relevant reports.
∎ • Reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as data backups.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
