Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time and motion studies to establish SMV for Finishing Processes.
Setting of targets, monitoring and line balancing.
To study the existing work flow Processes and Procedures to improve Productivity.
Process Flow analysis and work simplifications for better Productivity and Quality.
Resolve Bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right Quality and quantity.
WIP Control, monitoring and Reporting.
Others that may be Assigned from time to time by his/her Superior.
Should have experience and strong knowledge in the field of in garments Factory (Denim/Woven Jackets).
Monitor the productivity and efficiency report & prepare Operation Bulletin Train, motivate & supervise the Production team to increase productivity
Report to the IE Manager on the production status and resolve any problems to ensure the order is executed as per buyer specifications.
