Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Responsible for B2B/Institutional/ Tender/ OEM – these types of sales.
∎ 2. Achieve results by developing key relationships with OEM facilities, working with OEMs to develop new products.
∎ 3. Saturate market by cold calling, web leads, RFP's, and brand leads for new business opportunities.
∎ 4. Driving the overall Sales Metrics and Strategies for the organization
∎ 5. Develop long term sales goals observing local and national trends in the market
∎ 6. Being a part of and working closely with the leadership team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
∎ 7. Driving the Affiliation Sales Channel strategies to ensure sales target achievement along with Affiliate Acquisition, Activation and Retention Goals
∎ 8. Manage RFP process for property, making evaluations on lodging programs to accept or reject for best financial interest of company.
∎ 9. Create an extensive training plan for training sales personnel at different levels in accordance with the organization's brand positioning
∎ 10. Partnering with EPD and Marketing teams on planning key initiatives to drive movement through the sales funnel
∎ 11. Guiding our Sales team and front-line managers to optimize and transform our current systems, processes, and analytics
∎ 12. Create and manage an opportunity pipeline towards new sales wins
∎ 13. Own and deliver the monthly and annual P&L growth target

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Indepth Knowledge about sales systems; Sound Knowledge about establishing distribution networks and business introducers; Knowledge in Market penetration strategy; Knowledge & expertise in Effective product launching & Re-lunching process/activities.
