∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Textile degree background will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check development, 1st proto, revised proto and preproduction sample before sending to buyer
∎ To ensure that right first time samples are sent to buyer
∎ To lead a risk analysis meeting in order to filter critical styles from going into production
∎ To be able to reengineer a product to make it production friendly without changing the style
∎ To identify fitting problem and correct pattern to improve fitting
∎ To prepare fitlog to send to buyer
∎ To grade specs and validate graded specs for production. Also to find grading mistakes on buyer specs sheet.
∎ To ensure that Preproduction sample is approved on time in order to respect order production start date
∎ To keep a sealer recap which need to be updated everyday
∎ To take decision to send or reject samples
∎ To clarify comments with buyer technologist by phone and email
∎ To be present in factory to ensure that factory understand technical comments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Should have fitting knowledge - from measurement control to dummy fitting.
∎ Should have pattern experts & Lectra Knowledge.
∎ Self-motivated, self-organized and responsible.
∎ Able to forecast/ identify problems and find quick solutions
∎ Good in Excel/ Word & Outlook.
∎ Written and spoken English is compulsory.
