∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in garments accessories sales and marketing.
∎ Prior experience in working with Buying Houses, Garments Factories, or Packaging Industry is mandatory.
∎ Experience with accessories like cartons, hang tags, price tags, labels, polybags, and other trims is essential.
∎ Should be pro-active and ready to work under pressure.
∎ Candidates should have mental preparation to work in , B-bangla ,Ashulia, Savar.
∎ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in garments accessories sales and marketing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ New customer creation & sustain.
∎ Maintain customer database .
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company revenue targets and occupancy goals.
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate buyers.
∎ Conduct market research to stay informed of competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
∎ Work closely with the team to align campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and client proposals for management review.
∎ Organize and attend property expos, client meetings, and company visits.
∎ Ensure all customer interactions are professionally managed, from inquiry to post-sale support.
∎ Other task assigned by the management.
