• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in any discipline·        
• Bachelor degree in any discipline·        
• Bachelor/ BBA (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University. 

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Garments, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Paper

• Age 27 to 35 years

• Experience: 3 to 4 years in Real Estate especially Apartments Sales & Marketing
• Candidates having relevant work experience only in Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skill.
• Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.

• Able to cope with constant changes under immense. pressure. Responsibilities & Context.       
• Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
• Setting Sales goals & developing sales strategies·        
• The incumbent has to visit clients.       
• Creating new customers to accrue the sales target.        
• Handling customer queries and complaints·        
• Building a strong relationship with the customer.      
• Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement.        
• Maintain and update customer database.        
• Visit and follow up with prospective customers regularly.        
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
