Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct proximate analysis of raw materials and finished feeds on a regular basis.
∎ Routine physical observation quality of various types of raw materials/additives.
∎ Regularly monitoring of finished feeds quality in terms of physical observation according to parameters.
∎ Ensure checking shift wise quality register record to ensure proper QC documentation.
∎ Monitor activities of QC supervisor and sample collector.
∎ Monitor production process to ensure QC of finished feeds.
∎ Prepare different types of QC reports and submit to concern department head.
