• Handling Misc. cases

• Tohshil office & AC Land office dealings

• Collect Jot reports from AC Land & Tohshil office

• Land registration & mutation procedures

• At least 5–7 years’ experience in land-related legal work will be given priority.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Misc. cases efficiently and ensure proper legal follow-up.

• Manage activities with the Tohshil office, AC Land office, and related government authorities for Mutation.

• Collect Jot reports from AC Land and Tohshil office.

• Oversee and execute land registration, documentation, and other works related to Land.

• Draft and vet legal notices, agreements, and property-related documents.

• Provide legal support in land disputes, compliance, and company litigation.

• Liaise with lawyers, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth legal operations.
