Responsibilities:
Handle Misc. cases efficiently and ensure proper legal follow-up.
Manage activities with the Tohshil office, AC Land office, and related government authorities for Mutation.
Collect Jot reports from AC Land and Tohshil office.
Oversee and execute land registration, documentation, and other works related to Land.
Draft and vet legal notices, agreements, and property-related documents.
Provide legal support in land disputes, compliance, and company litigation.
Liaise with lawyers, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth legal operations.
