Responsibilities & Context:

Increase Corporate Sales and Client Acquisition:

  • Take proactive steps to identify new business opportunities and actively approach potential business clients through various outreach methods such as calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Permission for Corporate Activities:

  • Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary permissions and approvals for corporate events and activities.

Target Client Outreach:

  • Build and maintain relationships with target business clients to generate sales and increase revenue.

Conduct Market Research:

  • Conduct regular market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Order Collection and Management:

  • Efficiently manage the order collection process, ensuring that client orders are accurately captured and processed.
  • Follow up on order status, resolving any issues to maintain high client satisfaction.

Delivery Coordination:

  • Ensure timely delivery of products to clients and work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate documentation related to sales, client communications, order processing and provide regular reports.

Stall Management:

  • Oversee the setup, management, and operation of corporate stalls at events or trade exhibitions.

Door-to-Door Promotion and Vendor Management:

  • Carry out door-to-door promotion activities to engage potential clients directly and expand the customer base.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure smooth execution of corporate sales and promotional activities.
