Responsibilities & Context:
Collect, verify and prepare sales and operational MIS reports from field locations.
Visit retail outlets to collect information about market situation.
Conduct field audit activities including distributor, depot, and market verification.
Collect information regarding competitor’s activities.
Monitor sales data, inventory status, and distribution activities.
Collect whole sales dumping information.
Identify discrepancies in reports and support corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal control procedures.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and management for accurate reporting.
Submit regular field reports and audit findings to the head office.
Conducting field force promotional assessment activities.
