Ensure premium customer service at all times
Manage staff attendance, behavior, and teamwork
Maintain the showroom display changing and attractive work
Monitor stock and coordinate timely restocking
Handle complaints promptly and professionally
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Be punctual, presentable, and responsible
Support billing and smooth operations
Uphold showroom rules and safety standards
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the floor, drive sales, ensure premium service
Manage team members, product display & customer experience ,smoothly
Control on stock management, support billing, solve customer issues fast,
Deliver perfect fitting with tailoring knowledge
Coordinate tailoring for flawless finishing & on-time delivery
Maintain discipline, professionalism & showroom standard
Focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
