Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 22 years
  • Only Male
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing and sales, preferably in industrial products, logistics, or equipment sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Explore and secure new business opportunities by evaluating market trends and understanding the competitive environment.

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their logistics and freight needs are identified and addressed effectively.

  • Act as the primary liaison for current and potential clients.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with organizational goals to drive growth.

  • Prepare customized presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

  • Perform in-depth market analysis to identify new trends, target customer segments, and areas for business expansion.

  • Assess competitor strategies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.

  • Collect and interpret relevant data to support market analysis and strategy development.

  • Utilize diverse lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, networking, and digital outreach, to identify and cultivate new opportunities.

  • Follow up on leads promptly to convert them into clients.

  • Negotiate and finalize client agreements to secure advantageous and sustainable deals.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to enhance visibility, promote offerings, and strengthen brand recognition.

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends to inform decision-making.

  • Regularly provide updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market developments to management.

  • Prepare and submit reports and other documentation as required by leadership.

  • Execute additional assignments as directed by management to support organizational objectives.

  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and continuously improve the client experience.
