- The Applicant should have experience in the following business areas : Tobacco , Lighter, FMCG products
- Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in the tobacco and lighter industry.
Additional Requirements
- Must know how to drive a motorcycle
- Valid Driving license
- Experience in the field of Sales & Marketing
- Very Good Communication skills
- Must be interested in working in Dhaka
- Smart, Presentable & Positive attitude who likes to take challenges.
Responsibilities & Context: . Must be Interested to visit every Territory of Dhaka for increasing the selling of our product.
. To collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, provide strategic guidelines for upgrading weak markets to get better performance.
. To Build very Strong Network in market.
. To Plan, Organize and Monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective, Planning developing implementing sales operation in the organization, implementation, and evaluation of product launching and promotional activities.
. To collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, provide strategic guidelines for upgrading weak markets to get better performance.
. To strong network building in the segment of Retailer and end-users.
. To minimize all sales-related issues by coordinating with other departments.
. Follow company Policies and Procedures and Instructions related to the area of responsibility
. Collect regular market feedback & report to Head office
. Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective
