Skills Required: B2B and B2C sales and marketing

  • If a candidate has more than 5 years of relevant experience, the absence of a formal degree can be considered flexible. 

Experience:

  • The Applicant should have experience in the following business areas : Tobacco , Lighter, FMCG products
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in the tobacco and lighter industry. 

Additional Requirements

  • Must know how to drive a motorcycle
  • Valid Driving license
  • Experience in the field of Sales & Marketing
  • Very Good Communication skills
  • Must be interested in working in Dhaka
  • Smart, Presentable & Positive attitude who  likes to take challenges.


Responsibilities & Context:

. Must be Interested to visit every Territory of Dhaka for increasing the selling of our product.

. To collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, provide strategic guidelines for upgrading weak markets to get better performance.

. To Build very Strong Network in market.

. To Plan, Organize and Monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective, Planning developing implementing sales operation in the organization, implementation, and evaluation of product launching and promotional activities.

. To collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, provide strategic guidelines for upgrading weak markets to get better performance.

. To strong network building in the segment of Retailer and end-users.

. To minimize all sales-related issues by coordinating with other departments.

. Follow company Policies and Procedures and Instructions related to the area of responsibility

. Collect regular market feedback & report to Head office

. Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective
