Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with buyers to collect orders, specifications, and approvals.
Coordinate with production, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure on-time shipment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Order follow-up reports.
Ensure proper documentation, need to provide quotations and compliance with buyer requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase sales in the garments sector.
Resolve any issues regarding sampling, production, or delivery schedules.
