∎ To drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.
∎ To identify talents based on the needs of the business.
∎ To help in creating sustainable talent acquisition strategy, including identifying future talent needs with the Business Leaders and proactively developing the talent pool.
∎ To manage all job profiles, ensuring the quality and accuracy.
∎ To monitor market/industry trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategies are in line with the market/industry.
∎ To maintain knowledge on all industry trends to ensure compliance with all recruitment guidelines.
∎ To maintain HRIS and personal file management.
∎ To identify TNA and prepare monthly/quarterly training plan.
∎ Coordinate and organize different training programs.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor related to role.
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Excellent in written & verbal communication (both Bangla & English).
∎ Minimum 3 years of Total Recruitment Experience.
∎ Strong documentation & reporting skills.
∎ Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
∎ Analytical ability and problem-solving attitude
∎ Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites.
