Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage all procurement and supply chain operations on a daily, monthly, and annual basis, ensuring smooth and cost-effective processes.
Source products and services in a cost-efficient manner to maximize organizational value, ensuring timely acquisition without compromising on quality.
Oversee accurate and on-time delivery of products across all relevant business units, maintaining strong coordination with internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely processing and coordination of supplier payments in alignment with organizational policies and commitments.
Maintain consistent communication with the Sales team to align supply plans with real-time market demand and sales forecasts.
Analyze supply chain data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decisions and improve financial performance.
Support senior management in decision-making related to procurement, logistics, distribution, and overall supply chain operations.
Oversee logistics and distribution functions to ensure efficient movement of goods, inventory control, and minimal disruptions.
Monitor and assist in the execution and follow-up of trade marketing initiatives to support commercial activities.
Proactively manage the entire Supply Chain Management (SCM) process to ensure efficiency, agility, and resilience across the supply chain.
Conduct site visits (e.g., supplier visits, spot purchases, vendor audits) as required to strengthen sourcing and supplier relationships.
