Responsibilities & Context:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets for apartment sales.

  • Identify and engage potential buyers and investors through networking, phone calls, online inquiries, and site visits.

  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Provide clients with detailed information about properties, pricing, payment schedules, and financing options.

  • Handle client queries, negotiations, and concerns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

Sales Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, bookings, and deal progress.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Team Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth property transactions.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior sales executives when needed.

Site Visits & Promotional Activities

  • Conduct site visits with potential clients to showcase properties and explain project features.

  • Participate in real estate expos, open houses, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
