Strong technical knowledge in animal nutrition, feed formulation, and livestock/aquaculture management.
Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Willingness to travel frequently and work in rural areas.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, execute & achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
Develop market intelligence and expansion of the distribution network.
Identify the potential farmers and convert them into your own customers.
Analysis of Market share, volume, and monitoring competitors’ activities.
Use the credit limit within the company-approved policy.
Regular follow-up of sales orders and payments.
Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Market reports on sales & distribution.
Motivate the farmers to develop new farms.
Any other duties to be assigned by the management from time to time.
