Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate Sales from new as well as existing customers and achieve the sales plan.
∎ Identify and prospect new business/clients.
∎ Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
∎ Conduct regular follow-up with clients to encourage up-selling and retention.
∎ Acquisition and retention of customers and increase client base.
∎ To ensure receivable management is under control and increase cash flow.
∎ Sales lead management and monitor them.
∎ Focus on all lines of business including Vertical and preferred Sectors development.
∎ Client analysis on gross margin, volume, and profitability.
∎ Market knowledge and competitor activities.
∎ Setting up customer SOP with operations.
∎ Customer Management with respect to handling complaints.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well-groomed, smart and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skills and ability to handle clients from diverse backgrounds.
∎ Should be a team player and able to handle pressure under different circumstances.
∎ Should be a problem solver and excellent negotiator.
∎ Should possess critical thinking ability and strong hold over time management.
