∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
∎ 1–3 years of experience in import operations or customer service in logistics/freight forwarding.
∎ Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Good knowledge of import documentation, HS codes, and Incoterms.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle day-to-day import operations, including documentation, customs clearance coordination, and cargo tracking.
∎ Communicate with clients, shipping lines, C&F agents, and overseas partners regarding shipment status and updates.
∎ Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the timely delivery of import shipments.
∎ Provide accurate and timely quotations, service updates, and documentation to clients.
∎ Maintain proper records of shipments and customer interactions.
∎ Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
∎ Monitor pending shipments and proactively follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for import shipments.
∎ Prepare and maintain periodic reports on import activities.
