Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the product development plans, scope and continuously assess business revenue streams for assigned brands and initiate discussion with key team members for the necessary alignment.
∎ Develop product training materials and carryout product training programs for stakeholders/Channel members.
∎ Routine evaluation of “Product Experience & Quality” (In coordination with Product Development/RnD Team) and timely reporting to the concerned departments and management.
∎ Analyzing competitive activity, market trends/pricing/offers and providing actionable insights to guide in the form of “Market Intelligence Report” with the help of filed force.
∎ Monitoring sales performance and prepare “Target vs Achievement Report” and contribute to the formulation of appropriate channel wise sales and revenue strategy.
∎ Presenting weekly/monthly activity vs. sales reports to the Management.
∎ Prepare CP and channel wise exclusive drive campaign plan with sub-team leads and department head.
∎ Point of sale material, merchandising and brand visibility planning for effective TOMA (Top of the Mind Awareness).
∎ Plan monthly market visits, carryout Market research (Primary Data) and prepare monthly reports.
∎ Initiate collaboration and partnerships with relevant community (KOLs’) or industry (e.g. Hospitals, Corporates, Women Welfare Association etc.) and explore new avenues of user (Seller/Merchant/Service Provider) acquisition and retention
∎ Plan new product development plans (e.g. New Category/New SKU, New Variant etc.) and execute accordingly (Plan for entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities).
∎ Carryout product feasibility study and plan product launching & development accordingly.
