Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Telecommunication, Group of Companies, Furniture, Mobile Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and assess tasks related to product presentation, visual merchandising, store layout, staff performance, customer service, marketing techniques, and related duties.
∎ Keep the manager informed about competitor activities, showroom updates, and insights for improvement.
∎ Optimize product arrangement for increased sales, considering factors like season, popularity, and customer demographics. Create eye-catching displays using design, color, and space.
∎ Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to boost showroom sales, including discounts and loyalty programs. Provide reports on their impact.
∎ Conduct market research to identify suitable showroom locations based on company goals and target customers. Ensure compliance with legal and zoning requirements.
∎ Maintain an inviting shopping environment with proper product placement, signage, and lighting. Address maintenance issues and coordinate repairs.
∎ Undertake any other assigned tasks by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years

∎ Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
∎ Excellent knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices.
∎ Proven experience in a BTL or showroom marketing role.
∎ Strong understanding of marketing and promotional techniques.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Creative mindset with an eye for visual merchandising.
∎ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
∎ Knowledge of the retail industry in Bangladesh is a plus.
