Experience:
Review and finalize electrical design and analysis for residential and commercial buildings.
Prepare and/or verify cost estimates and budgets for all types of electromechanical works across projects.
Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Comparative Statements (CS) for Lift, Electrical Substation, Generator, Firefighting System, VRF System, and other electromechanical systems.
Lead the selection, installation, and commissioning of substations and other electrical systems in various projects.
Design electrical wiring systems, substations, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), CCTV, and intercom systems for residential complexes.
Supervise the installation of fire safety systems, solar systems, CCTV, and intercom infrastructure in residential buildings.
Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of lifts, generators, substations, solar systems, fire hydrant protection systems, and other electromechanical equipment for different projects.
