Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be well conversant & practical Experience in commercial export, import documents making for Transferring L/C, commercial invoice, packing list, GSP checking, Payment planning, L/C marking).
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge about all kind of license generation.
∎ Should be well conversant on documentation of Custom bond.
∎ Candidate should Perform to the regulatory formalities (Bank insurance/ Customs) relating to export & Import.
∎ Well communication skill of negotiation with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarder & Maintain cooperation with C&F agent, Submit documents to C&F agent as well as customs department to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments.
∎ Candidate must have the practical working experience in the area of BTB L/C & collect PRC from Bank.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act, export policy bond formalities and other related laws applicable for export & Import as well as all banking terms and documentations.
∎ Communicate with C&F agent for materials arrival news, collect bill of entry & others important documents that have relating with customs & bond, Dhaka, Chittagong port.
∎ Accurate arrangement of all export document, file, folders archive for future information.
