Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare customer visit plan for generate the sales lead.
∎ Prepare the schedule of project visit for prospective customers to meet their quires.
∎ Prepare corporate sales plan and implementation accordingly.
∎ Buildup a wide range of network amass with different professionals and keep updating the prospective Customer Index.
∎ Generate sales lead and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
∎ Look after customers' quarries and develop a trustworthy relationship with customers.
∎ Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
∎ Responsible to meet the Sales Target and Profit Target with proper planning.
∎ Rollout the marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Vast Knowledge about Real Estate industry especially Land Township Project.
∎ Ability to take challenges to achieve individual sales targets.
∎ Should have good negotiation skills and capable to close deals independently.
∎ Must be self motivated/challenging.
∎ Perform any other activities as and when required by the management for the purpose of enhancement of sales.
∎ Good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of people inside and outside of the company.
