Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure uninterrupted production of quality products to meet daily targets.
∎ Plan and coordinate production schedules based on set targets.
∎ Optimize machine utilization to ensure maximum productivity.
∎ Monitor production parameters, checklists, materials, and the overall work environment.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control standards.
∎ Assign and distribute tasks among team members as per the production plan.
∎ Prepare and submit daily production reports to the Production Manager.
∎ Collect and analyze operational information from relevant sources.
∎ Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure timely paperwork updates.
∎ Promote and enforce a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
∎ Supervise shift activities and ensure proper shift handovers.
∎ Keep accurate records of employee attendance and working hours.
∎ Report machine breakdowns to the Maintenance Department.
∎ Participate in departmental and general meetings and training sessions.
∎ To ensure smooth and efficient finishing line operations by planning and supervising production activities, maintaining quality and safety standards, and leading a team to meet daily targets with minimal downtime and optimal machine utilization.
