Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting with the premium developers and relationship maintenance with those developers
∎ Maintaining regular communication with the financial institutes for home loans for projects
∎ Proposal and partnership agreement (B2B) writing for projects
∎ Relationship maintaining with the developer
∎ Making presentations for corporate meetings
∎ Participating in project/marketplace/corporate fairs and performing as instructed
∎ Coordinating associated activities related to cost of project activities
∎ Briefing projects to sales, marketing & CS team
∎ Loc-wise project surrounding survey as instructed
∎ Scheduled project visit for construction check
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Salary: Negotiable
