Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in any discipline
∎ Preferable additional degree on diploma in hotel Management, travel-tourism, hospitality management
∎ Academic qualifications are considerable for more experiences person.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Would be Responsible for All Communication with clients for marketing & selling of airline tickets, holiday packages, visa assistance services and all other travel related services.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to provide a personal travel related service
∎ Good command on email correspondence and writing/speaking in English.
∎ Capable to work on multi sector.
∎ Deal customer who will come for visa service
∎ Good knowledge about visa processing
∎ Have to find out all embassies visa requirement and delivery to customer
∎ Visa Form fill up and file ready for all countries (Specially UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Schengen)
∎ Must have on hand clients and ability to create new clients that periodically result is generating revenue.
∎ The candidate must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the authority.
∎ The candidate must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
∎ Strong relation and keep liaison with VFS and foreign mission, MOFA and Govt. agencies respectively.
∎ Full Responsible of Credit Recovery by the staff within the company set time.
∎ Describing the sight-seeing & itineraries and visa consulting to the clients.
∎ Documentation and Record Keeping To All the Above Related Activities.
∎ Must to know about Ticketing .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: B2B & B2C Sales, Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Market Research, Relationship Marketing, Sales Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Overseas Companies, Travel Agent
∎ A comprehensive understanding of office and internet technology (browsers, search engines, email word, excel etc.)
∎ Must be target oriented and able to fulfill responsibility.
∎ Build strong relationship with customer.
∎ Fair knowledge on visa assistance services and other travel related services.
∎ Self-motivated, self-learning and proactive in identifying all possible solutions to help clients.
∎ Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to prepare daily, weekly, monthly report.
