Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing marketing campaigns.
∎ Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
∎ Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.
∎ Organizing events and product exhibitions.
∎ Managing campaigns on social media.
∎ Making Strategy in direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
∎ Analysis data from Ad Manager, Google Analytics.
∎ Keep updated on the mobile industry & share market intelligence reports.
∎ Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
∎ Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
∎ Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
∎ Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Understanding of Digital Platform / Social Media Handles, outstanding analytical and project management.
∎ Should know about Google Analytics, Data Studio and Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, and DSPs.
∎ Analytical Skill (Brand, Creative, performance)
∎ Fluency in Bengali and Intermediary skills in English
