∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Mobile Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales & marketing strategy.
∎ Meet the sales target & operational aim by planning, following, techniques and motivating retail business.
∎ Ready to visit retails nationwide frequently to find the opportunities and problems.
∎ Identify, analyze and solve the problems of the retails all over the country.
∎ Keep record & proper knowledge about all the products sold in the outlet.
∎ Stay updated about the present Mobile Market, competitors, and their offerings.
∎ Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practically involve with retail sales operation.
∎ Very good skills in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and excellent typing skills.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.

Salary: Negotiable
