Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with the retailers, whole sellers and distributors.
∎ Promote the pack size wise items for various uses.
∎ Promote the products up to the user level.
∎ Monitoring of the activities of the present competitors.
∎ Plan and execute the sales plan.
∎ Report the daily activities and development status to the Team Leader periodically.
∎ Self assessment and development strategy for holding the new responsibilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Age must not more than 28 years.
∎ The incumbent should be prepared to work at any where in Bangladesh.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 11667 - 17150 (Monthly)
∎ Tk. 11667-12250 for the Sr. Executive- Sales positions having 1-3 years of Marketing Experience.
Tk. 16333-17150 for the Sr. Officer- Sales Position having 4-5 Years of Marketing Experience.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ The Hotel bills for professional night stays will be entitled.
∎ Travel allowance for the inter-district communications.
